How do I track my package? Once the order is placed on our web-store, we update tracking information and send it securely via email to you. You can track your package by clicking here. We are implementing new features on our store to allow order tracking by the customer. You can track your package by visiting the official page of FedEx India; our preferred logistics partner.
How long does it take for the order to arrive? We process most of our orders within a week after the order has been placed. There are some limitations for Out of Delivery Area shipments - Serviceable ZIP codes by FedEx India.
Why my purchases didn't come up in one package?In order for us to maintain highest standards of customer appreciation, we try our best to deliver the available products as soon as possible. This does not affect shipping prices. Instead you, the customer gets the available product delivered with less waiting times.

What payment methods do you accept?We use HDFC Bank to process all of our payments. You can shop using all major Credit and Debit Cards including NetBanking with attractive EMI option enabled for our customers.
Which currency are you using on your website?We process your payments in Indian Rupees ₹ at checkout. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees ₹ as we ship across India. However, in order for us to process payments, kindly use an Indian Bank issued Credit or Debit Card, alternatively, you can use NetBanking feature.
Why can I only place an order for a single product on believe in the saying Less is More! We will be allowing customers in the future to be able to order more than 1 product but for now, you are limited to purchasing only one product at a time. For Business or Bulk Inquiries, you can contact us directly through our contact page or via phone / email with a valid GSTIN number which we will verify and process the order after the payment is received.
I am not happy with the product. Can I ask for a refund?We believe in maintaining the highest standards of customer retention and quality control is our priority. If you have received a damaged product, you must inform our customer service team as soon as possible (within one day of receiving the damaged product). We do not offer refunds or returns once the order is placed. You can cancel the order before it is shipped and you will incur a 5% cancellation fee according to our website terms of use policy.
